a little bit about my work:
through my practice i aim to explore ideas of memory, connection, and comfort. i aim to document my journey of navigating the relationship between childhood and womanhood, understanding what it means to be a woman yet still hold onto my childhood, searching for where the two overlap. motifs are repeated, a common theme of flowers and children’s cartoon characters linked to my austrian heritage. i aim for my work to invite the audience to connect to their own experiences.
